Kuwait Petroleum Italia announces that it has reached an agreement to purchase a 50% share of Eco Fox s.r.l. The acquisition of the company shares is subject to the authority and regulation approvals.

Eco Fox is a leader in the production and distribution of renewable fuels meeting the highest industry quality standards since the 90’s. Eco Fox owns a plant located in Vasto, Italy with a capacity of 200,000/tons per year, that produces a range of advanced biodiesel of the highest quality together with associated by-products for industrial use.

This agreement highlights our alignment to KPC’s vision of a net zero emissions by 2050 and to the UN sustainable development goals and energy diversity.
